playstation_store_screenshot.jpgI just found out that Sony is now selling to Canadian in their own currency! So what does that mean? Initially, the Playstation Store’s prices didn’t reflect the newer, much higher, value of the Canadian Dollar. Now, Canadians will no longer overpay for downloadable content (well not more than their American counter-parts at least)! In my opinion this should have been a given from day one, but since the XBox Marketplace has been around much longer and is still using the misleading Microsoft Points currency, I have to hand it to Sony for having made this move.

Now, all that’s left is a decent exclusive title…

Let’s start by setting the record straight. I’m a Muslim. I’m not a Terrorist nor do I have any criminal record of any kind. I believe that the events of September 11th, 2001 were horrible and I do not support their perpetrators in any which way. I love Canada and plan on living here for the rest of my life if I can help it.

It might also be good to point out that I’m a big fan of the multi-player part of Call of Duty 4. I’ve played it for 50+ hours and have already unlocked all of the challenges and all the weapons (and am now just trying to max-out head-shots for the golden weapons). I’ve played many First Person Shooters and have to admit that Call of Duty 4 offers enough innovation to keep me interested and coming back for more.

I’ve been avoiding the whole blog thing ever since it started to pick-up speed. I’ve always loved to write but blogs felt too much like online diaries and the idea of strangers reading my most intimate opinions was too unsettling. I’ve since seen blogs to be what they truly are: an alternative news and views source to the cut-and-paste, mundane, non-sense that passes for mainstream online content these days.
